About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Leader to join our team at Axiom Hospitality Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by leading and nurturing our People team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive People Strategy: Collaborate with our senior management team to design and implement a people strategy that aligns with our business growth plans, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Lead People-Related Projects: Plan, lead, and execute people-related projects across the organization, driving business outcomes and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Establish a Strong Employer Brand: Utilize innovative methods to attract and retain top-tier talent, positioning Axiom Hospitality as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Oversee quality performance conversations, promote excellence, and drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Drive Succession Planning and Talent Development: Cultivate a well-resourced talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Champion Employee Engagement: Evaluate, identify, and address engagement trends, measure the successful implementation of initiatives, and provide expert guidance on people matters to business leaders and line management.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Head of HR role within a fast-paced, growing hospitality or retail business.
  • Education and Qualifications: A degree and/or HR qualification (CIPD level 5 minimum) preferred.
  • Strong Experience: Proven experience in building and maintaining culture within rapidly growing organizations.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence with stakeholders.
  • Non-Political Approach: A non-political approach and ability to work effectively at multiple organizational levels.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
