About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow to join our team in the Department of Ageing and Health at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in geriatric medicine and a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults in the community setting.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) and end-of-life care support for older people in the community. This will involve working collaboratively with GPs, community nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to patients and their families.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with a strong clinical background in geriatric medicine, with experience in delivering CGA and end-of-life care in the community setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
