Asset Management Delivery Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed term/secondment basis.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Asset Management Delivery inbox, responding to queries, and ensuring seamless communication. You will also coordinate requests for surveyor input, process invoices, manage purchase and work orders, and prepare documents for cases such as disrepair or party wall notices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Asset Management Delivery inbox, responding to queries and ensuring seamless communication.
- Coordinate requests for surveyor input; including assigning cases to Project Managers and/or Surveyors, and tracking their progress.
- Process invoices, manage purchase and work orders, and preparing documents for cases such as disrepair or party wall notices.
- Engage with customers, assist with complaints, and support Service Support projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery and participate in project planning and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Proficient IT skills, particularly MS Office and using bespoke databases.
- Experience working in an administrative or office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and an ability to manage and dynamic workload.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.

- A competitive salary of £25,500 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
