About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to support the Community Investment and Tenancy Sustainment team in their day-to-day operations. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining records, arranging payments, and organising meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide an efficient administrative service to the Community Investment & Tenancy Sustainment colleagues and management team.
  2. Document management, including creating and editing reports, printing, letter writing, data entry, and meeting coordination.
  3. Manage the Community Investment mailbox, responding to all correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, including raising purchase orders and requests for payments.
  5. Support with gathering relevant data, outcomes, and case studies for reporting requirements.
  6. Establish, maintain, and manage accurate electronic and manual records related to Community Investment and Tenancy Sustainment activity.

This role is being offered on a permanent, part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. The role can be based in our Exeter, Weston-super-Mare, or Tolvaddon office, with a hybrid working style available.

About The Candidate

To be a successful Coordinator, you should have the skills, knowledge, and experience for a Level 1 role, including:

  1. Providing administrative and coordination support to a team.
  2. Experience of data entry and maintaining comprehensive information.
  3. Strong IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office (Excel).
  4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  5. Able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a dispersed team.
  6. Ability to inform the review of current work processes and design alternatives to identify and implement successful improvements.
  7. Experience of arranging, setting up, and supporting internal and external meetings and events.
  8. Knowledge of social housing policy, good practice, current trends, and application.
  9. Knowledge of an Information, Advice, and Guidance service.
  10. Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
