Job Summary

The Parliamentary Maintenance Services Team is seeking a skilled Reactive Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of tradespeople and assistants in providing day-to-day reactive maintenance services to the Parliamentary estates.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in leading teams and managing projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out to a high standard, and that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of tradespeople and assistants in providing reactive maintenance services
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out to a high standard
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
