Job Title: Reactive Maintenance Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Reactive Maintenance Estimator to join our team at Masterfix. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating the costs associated with reactive property maintenance call outs.

About the Role:
  • Responsibilities will include analysing specifications and quotes, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing accurate cost estimates.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential, as well as proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You will work independently, prioritising and managing multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills are also required, as well as the ability to push back when necessary.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience as an estimator in the reactive property maintenance industry, with a minimum of 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and reactive property maintenance practices is essential.
  • A trade background or strong understanding of reactive plumbing/gas property maintenance is also required.
