Job Title: Reactive Maintenance Estimator

Masterfix is seeking a skilled Reactive Maintenance Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating the costs associated with reactive property maintenance call outs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing specifications and quotes, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing accurate cost estimates. Your ability to analyze data and provide precise estimates will be instrumental in our continued growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze specifications and quotes to provide accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven experience as an estimator in the reactive property maintenance industry - minimum 5 years preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and reactive property maintenance practices
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
