About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our team in providing property maintenance services across our extensive portfolio of properties. This role will involve working as part of a mobile team, covering caretaker absences at various locations and conducting deep cleaning of communal areas in residential blocks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover caretaking duties in multiple locations during staff absences, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of communal areas, including corridors, staircases, bin rooms, and entrance areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines and COSHH regulations.
  • Address resident complaints related to cleaning and maintenance promptly and professionally, resolving issues with minimal supervision.
  • Organise and manage your daily schedule efficiently, prioritising tasks to ensure effective use of time and resources.
  • Report repairs and chase completion accordingly, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Complete Compliance Reports, documenting any incidents or issues arising from site operations.
  • Maintain clean and tidy communal waste areas, managing missed bin collections as required, and ensure that all waste is disposed of correctly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a caretaker role, with a strong background in property maintenance and site operations.
  • Ability to handle resident complaints and resolve issues with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work across different locations and adapt to changing tasks, with flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and COSHH guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Valid UK driving licence, as this role will involve driving on company business.
