About the Role

We are looking for a People Management Specialist to join our team at Agility Resourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day people activities, including recruitment and selection strategies, talent acquisition, and case management.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with management teams. They will also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and good numeracy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies
  • Manage employee relationships and resolve conflicts
  • Provide coaching and training to employees and managers
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Experience in project management and implementation

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
