Fawkes & Reece, a leading regional construction company, has an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their dynamic HR team based in Preston.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Partner to provide operational HR assistance, delivering the People Strategy and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, managing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new starters.
  • Analyze people analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, ensuring compliance with HR systems and policies.
  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including documentation and communication.
  • Manage the HR inbox, prioritizing and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support the coordination of annual or regular HR activities and projects.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant HR experience and CIPD qualifications.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
