About the Role

We are looking for a Workforce Management Expert to join our team at RWE Renewables Management UK Ltd in Swindon, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Offshore Wind business in the UK & Ireland.

As a key member of our HR team, you will work across the whole employee lifecycle supporting teams and projects across the development, construction, and operations phases of our wind farms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers team to attract, recruit, induct, and develop talent within a global organisation.
  • Providing strategic advice to management on workforce planning and development.

What You Need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices.
