Purpose of the Role:

You will play a key role in our HR team, providing expert advice and guidance to support our managers and employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Provide advice, guidance, and support to Managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary matters, and absence management.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the employee engagement plan and health and wellbeing focus days to increase engagement and address areas of concern.
  • Recruitment Activities: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on selection activities, such as interviewing and running assessment centres, agency management, and sourcing candidates.
  • Learning and Development: Assist and coach managers in assessing, developing, and performing employees, setting objectives, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Reward: Oversee monthly payroll production, ensuring accuracy, and support the annual pay review process.
  • HR Administration: Take ownership of HR administration processes, guiding the HR Administrator in delivering all HR administration activities efficiently and accurately.
  • Organisational Change: Support the Head of HR during rapid growth by acquisition, manage TUPE processes, and ensure legislative compliance and continued employee engagement.
