Job Title: Practice Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients in a variety of settings
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC PIN and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of proven experience as a Practice Nurse
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References
