About the Role

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Practice Nurses to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients in a variety of settings
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Conduct health assessments and develop care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of proven experience as a Practice Nurse
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References
