You will have overall responsibility for planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects covering both business and technical driven change. This will involve managing complex change initiatives, spanning multiple lines of business and other projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex change initiatives, spanning multiple lines of business and other projects.
- Link financial or actuarial system changes to upstream projects.
- Support Finance in planning and shaping solutions.
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may arise during change projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Senior Finance Manager who has a proven track record of delivering change to finance systems. You will have experience of working in projects covering changes to finance systems, with the ability to understand technical actuarial and financial jargon.
You will also have experience in release management and the ability to build plans around the six-monthly actuarial release plan. Data migration experience would be desirable to support multiple migration projects across the organisation.
Requirements:
