Job Description

At FPR Group, we are actively recruiting Support Workers to cover shifts in homeless hostels and supported living projects in West Sussex. We are ideally looking for individuals who have experience in health and social care or a keen interest in building a career in this field.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to vulnerable adults. This includes creating and maintaining safe working boundaries, managing challenging behaviors, and ensuring the overall well-being of service users. You will be expected to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions that prioritize the needs of service users.

A competitive salary of £12-16 per hour is offered, paid weekly via BACS, along with additional benefits including holiday pay, Enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS, and optional Workplace Pension.* You will also receive detailed information about the projects prior to your first shift, as well as ongoing supervised support and training. Our experienced Health & Social Care Consultants will provide continuous encouragement and up-skilling opportunities.
