Job Opportunity: Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our team at a thriving educational centre near Horsham. This role involves providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their well-being, autonomy, and social integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £25,000 per annum FTE, with a £500 joining bonus.

Requirements:
  • A valid driving license or access to transportation.
  • Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with adults or young people with disabilities.

  • Capability to assist with personal/intimate care when needed.
