We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Nomad Foods. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the global HR agenda of the Group Functions and will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of areas within HR.

You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to HR Business Partners across all employee life cycle HR processes, including recruitment, offers, recognition schemes, pay reviews, performance reviews, and exit interviews.

Additionally, you will support the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings, including monthly cascades to provide consistency across all Group Functions.

You will also be responsible for HR data reporting and analysis, as required to satisfy routine organizational requirements and key HR analysis, such as turnover and absence reporting.

As an HR Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to ensure that all interview sets are supported with an Interview Plan, utilizing the Interview Builder with appropriate interview questions advised and selected.

You will also assist with the coordination of the annual review and any associated data integrity exercises.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational and administrative support to HR Business Partners
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings
  • HR data reporting and analysis
  • Partnering with hiring managers to ensure interview plans are in place
  • Assisting with the coordination of the annual review

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar HR role, with knowledge of UK employment law and experience of managing lifecycle activity
  • The ability to be flexible and work across multiple issues in support of the HR Business Partner agenda
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Numerate and able to analyze and draw conclusions from data
