Are you passionate about shaping school mental health? We are seeking a Professional Development Specialist to join our team at Minds Ahead. In this role, you will have a positive impact on reshaping mental health in education by making a significant contribution to the commercial and reputational strength of our organization.

About the Role

The Professional Development Specialist will be responsible for ensuring income targets are met for our RSPH-accredited suite of professional development qualifications by leading marketing activities that attract a high number of suitable customers to our programmes. You will contribute to the vision and mission of Minds Ahead by designing, delivering, and assessing high-quality programmes and resources that meet the needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers to our programmes.
  2. Work collaboratively with the professional development lead and coordinator to recruit, retain, and support students on all programmes.
  3. Contribute to the creation of programme literature, blogs, case studies, and other materials that promote our organisation within the field of school mental health.
  4. Suggest and develop potential collaborations, partnerships, bids, and other opportunities to increase the uptake of our programmes.
  5. Deliver high-quality programmes, learning experiences, and resources that meet customer and partner satisfaction goals.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
