Job Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our creative team as a Visual Experience Coordinator. You'll be responsible for managing the decoration process, including sourcing materials, designing layouts, and overseeing setup and take-down.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all decorations and visual elements meet the highest standards.
  2. Decor Sourcing: Source materials and supplies for decoration purposes.
  3. Layout Design: Design layouts and visuals for events, considering theme, branding, and overall aesthetic.
  4. Setup and Take-Down: Oversee the setup and take-down of decorations, ensuring everything is done efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Design Skills: Strong design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing layouts and visuals.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with event teams.
  • Licence: A valid driving licence and the ability to drive the company van.
Salary:

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
