This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our esteemed client's team. With a broad client base and a strong presence in Skipton, Bradford, and Keighley, our client is well-positioned for continued growth and success. We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of PQE to manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. They will also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of transactions and provide exceptional client service. In return, our client offers a competitive salary, ranging from £47,000 to £54,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including a healthcare scheme, group life insurance, employee pension with employer contribution, and car parking.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial property transactions, including:
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial sales and purchases
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as leases and tenancy agreements
  • Ensuring contracts comply with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of PQE and a proven track record of managing commercial property transactions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues are essential.
