We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client's team in Skipton, Bradford, or Keighley. Our client is a well-established firm with a strong reputation in the industry and a broad client base. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of PQE and a strong background in commercial property law, including experience in managing a caseload of sales, purchases, leases, and development work. They will also have expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial property transactions, including:
