About the Role

As a key member of our Isle of Wight Talking Therapies team, you will provide expert leadership and therapeutic input to support individuals struggling with mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide team leadership and mentorship to enhance clinical practice and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement care pathways that promote seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and resource sharing.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform service quality and operational improvements.
  • Contribute to divisional out-of-hours on-call rota and participate in regular supervision and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • A core profession as outlined by BABCP (e.g., BSc Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work) and postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety and depression.
  • Additional training and qualification in team management and budgeting.
  • Fully computer literate and proficient in report writing.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and supervise others effectively.
