We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Therapist to join our team at Harmony Recovery Group. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm.
  • You will prioritize the identification of addictions and mental health complications, leveraging your expertise to guide clients toward recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and their families. You will also have a strong foundation in community healthy resources, enabling you to connect clients with essential services and support networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize the identification of addictions and mental health complications.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-year substance abuse or related work experience.
  • Licensure/Certification (State Dependent): LCSW, LMFT, LCAS-A/LCAS and/or LCMHC-A/LCMHC, CAC, CADC, CAP, LPC (Master's Degree preferred).
