About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at an SEN School in Redditch. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance to secondary students aged 11-16 with behavioural difficulties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by supporting a range of students who experience barriers to learning. With small class sizes of 2-8 students, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and provide pastoral care and guidance to students.

The role is full-time, with the possibility of ongoing employment for the right candidate. If you are passionate about supporting students with behavioural needs and have a commitment to providing high-quality care and guidance, we would love to hear from you.
