You will aid teachers in creating and executing engaging lessons tailored to the individual abilities, learning styles, and needs of the students. Moreover, you will offer consistent one-on-one and group support to students requiring additional assistance. In your role with SEMH students, you are tasked with monitoring their physical, social, and emotional well-being, ensuring a secure environment, and customizing your educational support to each student's distinctive needs.
Schools are in search of a committed and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant for both day-to-day and long-term roles. The ideal TA / Teaching Assistant should have the following:
Level 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment

Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
A calm, patient and caring persona
