As a Showroom Host at Lexus, you will be the face of excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our world-class brands. You will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors, providing a warm and welcoming environment that sets us apart from the rest.

What You'll Do Day to Day

· Meet & Greet Customers & Visitors and provide suitable refreshments

· Answer and manage telephone system

· Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner

· Some invoicing & filing may be required

· Manage customer waiting area and showroom - customers & housekeeping

Helpful Skills and Qualifications

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· IT literacy

· Incredible customer service skills

· The ability to multitask and work under pressure

· A friendly and approachable manner
