At Lexus, we're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Showroom Ambassador. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers and visitors, providing suitable refreshments and ensuring a seamless experience
- Manage the customer waiting area and showroom, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Accurately record calls and visits, relaying messages in a timely manner
- Assist with invoicing and filing as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literacy and ability to multitask under pressure
- Incredible customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner
