About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team in Farnborough. As a placement student, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting HR colleagues with operational tasks, such as liaising with departments and resolving day-to-day issues
  • Undertaking ad-hoc HR projects to support the HR team, including projects within the wider HR teams
  • Producing letters to employees as required by HR colleagues, using templates and meeting agreed timescales
  • Generating DEI awareness through creating and updating publicity materials, organizing events, and creating podcasts and newsletters
  • Maintaining our internal and external DEI profile, including external benchmarking, employee data collection, and internal surveys
