Join Our Team at BMW Group Financial Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our Customer, Strategy, Change and Innovation team as a 13-month placement student. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development, communication, and implementation of our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Customer, Strategy, Change and Innovation in steering the business strategy development process.
  • Track and report progress against transformation targets and key strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with other UK group companies and BMW Group.
  • Support the reporting of customer insights and intelligence to inform strategic priorities.
  • Support all aspects of our customer-driven organisation, including administration of our customer committee.
  • Support the development, communication, and monitoring of Sustainability strategy and initiatives.
  • Support continued alignment with other BMW Group entities.
  • Support the Internal Communications Manager with communication and engagement activities.
  • Support the Change and Innovation Manager with facilitation and workshops to drive Leadership and Strategic change.
Requirements:
  • Studying for an undergraduate degree in Business Management or similar and in line to achieve a 2:2 or above.
  • Basic customer services experience (i.e. experience in retail/call centre).
  • Microsoft Office (incl. PowerPoint) advantageous.
  • Quick to pick up IT applications (online tools, project management tools, survey monkey etc.).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to show an interest in sustainability and sustainable practices.
