Job Description:
In this role, you will supervise the Community Wellbeing Team, ensuring the effective delivery of community-based support services. You will work closely with your team to manage risks, monitor progress, and report on outcomes. Additionally, you will develop, oversee, and expand existing service provision to meet contractual requirements and collaborate with community-based partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need significant experience working with vulnerable populations, as well as demonstrable experience of supporting frontline staff. Being a skilled communicator with extensive experience of working alongside various partners is essential. A strong focus on meeting contractual requirements and delivering high-quality wellbeing services is also crucial.
