About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Team Administrator to join our team at the University of Plymouth. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
