Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecoms Engineer - Self Employed to join our team. As a Telecoms Engineer - Self Employed, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment and services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Maintenance
    • Install and maintain telecommunications equipment and services, including broadband, TV services, and telephony.
    • Resolve faults and optimize speed in customers' premises.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their telecommunications needs are met.
  • Field-Based Work
    • Work from one job to another, driving from one location to another to provide telecommunications services.
  • Training and Support
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    • Receive full support from our dedicated service centre.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a field-based role.
    • Full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points and held for at least two years.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
