Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at GNA Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage contract documents and agreements to ensure compliance and effective contract execution.
- Utilise project management skills to oversee contract execution, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
- Use Word and Excel proficiently to create and maintain contract records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive contract negotiations with clients and suppliers, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure favourable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrate excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Provide leadership in contract-related matters, guiding contract processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role, preferably in the fire sector.
- Extensive experience in passive fire protection and intumescent paint, with a comprehensive knowledge of fire stopping procedures and products.
- In-date SMSTS and CSCS tickets, with excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident individual, capable of managing any situation on site, with experience using the BORIS system, both on site and in the office.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a full, valid UK driving licence.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Location
- On-site work location, with flexibility to travel to sites across the UK at short notice.
