We are seeking a Family Health Practitioner to join our esteemed service provider in Nottingham, offering a rewarding opportunity with a competitive salary of £85 per hour. As a Family Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering urgent care services using the Emis and SystmOne system, ensuring high-quality patient care and building strong relationships with our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage urgent medical cases using your expert clinical skills.
- Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide seamless patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients during their urgent medical needs.
Our Requirements
- You must possess Enhanced DBS certification.
- Safeguarding Adults Level 3 and Safeguarding Children Level 3 certifications are essential.
- A valid Passport with the right to work in the UK is required.
