Quantity Surveyor for Façade and Curtain Walling Projects

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Global Group Partnerships Ltd, a leading and growing façade contractor in the UK. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • JCT Contract administration and management.
  • Cost planning, estimating, and variation costing/submittal and agreement.
  • Valuation submittals and pre-qual submittals using company forms.
  • Site visits, surveys, and take-offs using BlueBeam.
  • Measuring progress against invoices and contract reviewing.
  • Liaising with client QS and commercial tracking/spend reviews.
  • Forming final accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
