Role Overview

As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced team while assisting in the financial and contractual management of our exciting facades projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Support: Assist in managing the procurement process by evaluating tenders and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit interim valuations, manage variations, and final accounts.
  3. Contract Administration: Support the administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  4. Site Visits: Participate in site visits to understand project progress and assist with measuring quantities on-site.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate project records and assist in preparing reports for the senior quantity surveying team.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Recently graduated or studying towards a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of Quantity Surveying.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  4. Interest in facade systems (cladding, glazing, curtain walling, etc.) and construction methods is a plus.
