Join Our Team as a Clinical Leader

Limited Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Camhs Ward Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to make decisions quickly and effectively.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and overseeing staff performance.
