We are recruiting for an HSEQ Manager to work with Ctsrecruit in Alloa. The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Job Overview

This is a full-time permanent role available for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving ISO 9001/ISO 45001 and 14001 standards on site.

Candidates must have a background working within a similar role with exposure to Manufacturing Engineering and an understanding of risk and hazards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing departmental strategic objectives to exceed ISO standards.
  • Creating audit plans and managing internal, supplier, and subcontractor audits to identify gaps and evaluate QESH management systems.
  • Aiding in the creation, administration, and maintenance of QESH procedures and policies to meet applicable standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills to communicate across all levels of staff and educate staff in QHSE processes.

Additionally, the following qualifications and skills are required:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar QHSE role in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
  • Minimum NEBOSH National General Certificate.
  • Internal Auditor Qualifications (9001, 14001, or 45001) - Lead auditor qualifications advantageous.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
