HSEQ Specialist

First Achieve's Engineering Division is currently seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Specialist to join their team in the Falkirk region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the HSEQ IMS in compliance with IS9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZIDs, and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver HSEQ training to the workforce and provide guidance on HSEQ issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to achieve HSEQ targets and goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of non-conformities, hazards, accidents, and incidents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Health and Safety.
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor experience in at least one standard (9001, 14001 or 45001).
• Tech IOSH Membership or equivalent.
• Competent Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Q-Pulse an advantage.
