About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at The Mytton and Mermaid. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team and contributing to the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Pub Manager to lead the team and run the pub
  • Manage busy services and plan and run special events
  • Welcome and look after customers, providing an exceptional dining experience
  • Help train and lead our bar and waiting team
  • Contribute to the development of our menu and events, drawing on your knowledge and experience
