About the Role
">As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. With a focus on enabling them to enjoy each day to the fullest, you'll assist with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help create lasting memories.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including food and drink preparation and following individual care plans.
- Ensure each resident receives one-to-one time and attention.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in caring for older adults, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warmth will shine through as you deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
