Job Overview
The International Lateral Attorney and Partner Recruitment Manager will work under the supervision of the Senior Director of Attorney Recruitment, collaborating closely with the Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and the U.S. based Lateral Recruitment team, as well as other Talent personnel, to support all aspects of the Firm's international lateral recruitment efforts.
This role requires identifying and cultivating relationships with potential lateral partner and associate candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events and conferences.
The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of the lateral partner and associate recruitment processes, working with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion teams to advance the lateral hiring goals of the international offices and identify opportunities to post lateral associate positions in various sources.
As the primary point of contact for international lateral candidates, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process and facilitate a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Director of Attorney Recruitment in leading the firm's international lateral recruitment efforts
- Cultivating relationships with potential lateral partner and associate candidates
- Managing the full lifecycle of the lateral partner and associate recruitment processes
- Collaborating with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion teams to advance the lateral hiring goals of the international offices
- Serving as the primary point of contact for international lateral candidates
- Facilitating a positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in legal recruiting, with a focus on lateral recruitment
- Strong understanding of the legal industry, including key practice areas, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Familiarity with legal recruiting best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and offer negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of professional networking platforms and tools used for legal recruitment
- Experience with recruiting and HR management systems preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
