Job Description - Lateral Recruitment Manager, International (Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year)

Job Overview:

The International Lateral Attorney and Partner Recruitment Manager works under the supervision of the Senior Director of Attorney Recruitment, collaborating closely with the Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and U.S. based Lateral Recruitment team to support all aspects of the Firm's international lateral recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with potential lateral partner and associate candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the lateral partner and associate recruitment processes.
  • Work with the Diversity Equity & Inclusion teams to advance the lateral hiring goals of the international offices and identify opportunities to post lateral associate positions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for international lateral candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree or JD is a plus.
  • Experience: Six years of experience in legal recruiting, with a focus on lateral recruitment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry, including key practice areas, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
