Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team as a key member in providing exceptional care and education to our young learners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging play and learning opportunities, building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality play and learning opportunities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early years education and childcare.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Early Years Childcare qualification (Level 2 or above).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced childcare setting.
  • Passion for working with young children and their families.
