A key opportunity has arisen for a Luxury Sales Associate to join KEF Music Gallery's new luxury experiential retail sales store in the heart of London.
About KEF
KEF is a renowned manufacturer of audiophile-quality audio solutions for modern home theatre, hi-fi, pro-audio, custom installation & personal use applications. Our products are distributed globally and have won awards on both sides of the Atlantic.
We are expanding our product portfolio with premium wireless speaker products to capture a new consumer audience beyond traditional Hi-Fi consumers. This requires establishing high-quality offline and online distribution channels and adopting a new market approach (with a strong focus on Ecommerce and Digital Marketing).
This role offers exciting opportunities to develop and influence future activities within our new luxury experiential retail sales store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client relationships through exceptional in-store service and VIP network
- Analyse sales figures to maximise profits and drive in-store results and sales opportunities
- Train colleagues and business partners in customer relations and sales excellence
- Interpret trends to facilitate future in-store activities and events, with a brand-led but strong commercial focus
- Assist with and follow in-store brand guidelines and display requirements
- Offer feedback and input on improving flow and retail opportunity within the store environment
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to advise customers and answer queries
- Provide personalised shopping experiences by recommending items based on customers' preferences and needs
- Act as the ultimate host to all attendees to the experience centre and establish relationships with regulars and repeat customers or clients
- Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations and assume leadership when necessary
- Maintain the highest standards for overall store presentation and ensure excellent customer service
- KPI-oriented to achieve sales targets while upholding quality standards
Personal Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in luxury retail sales is essential
- Enthusiastic interest in Audio
- Experience of client relations and CRM usage to securely capture and store information
- Ability to translate commercial aspirations into relevant retail strategy aligned with brand vision
- Strong understanding of retail operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a premium environment
- Strategic and innovative thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Good project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with diverse cultures and teams outside the UK
- Positive working attitude, good team-player, dedicated, and able to work independently
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, well-presented, and self-motivated
- Passion for learning and continuous development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiarity with basic people and time management requirements, including rotas and forward planning
- Excellent customer care skills
