Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with complex needs, including those with moderate learning disabilities and autism, to develop their independence and social inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and clinical teams to promote positive risk management and ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
  • Monitor and report on customer progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in Positive Behaviour Support.
