Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

  • Manage exports from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients to prepare quotes and routing instructions.
  • Prepare and process export documentation for customs clearances.
  • Verify airline rates and flight schedules to optimize shipping routes.
  • Process post-flight activities and complete customs entries.
  • Collaborate with airlines and transporters to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
