Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service.
  • Operate within airfreight procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage customer KPIs and SLAs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Investigate and respond promptly to customer queries and complaints.
Requirements
  • Experience in imports and exports, preferably in airfreight.
  • Proven ability to provide efficient and proactive export services to customers and service providers.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
