Join us in making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse young people. As a Speech and Language Therapist at TCES, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic education and interventions to support the positive outcomes for pupils with SEMH and ASC.

You will work closely with our team of specialists to develop and implement tailored support plans, addressing the complex needs of each pupil.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering therapeutic interventions to address complex needs, including SEMH and ASC.
  • Collaborating with educational and pastoral staff to ensure effective delivery of therapeutic education and bespoke interventions.
  • Supporting pupils with significant trauma, aggression, offending, and attachment disorders.
